LEROY - Nelson Webb, 80, LeRoy, died Thursday, May 28, at a Burlington hospital. Mr. Webb had been a signalman for the Missouri Pacific Railroad for many years before he retired in 1973. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. He was born July 6, 1917, at LeRoy, the son of William and Myrtle Nelson Webb. Mr. Webb was a member of the LeRoy Masonic Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Survivors include many cousins. Grave side services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the LeRoy cemetery. Mattingly Funeral Home in LeRoy is in charge of arrangements.
