Mr.Vergos, age 65, of Park Ridge, Il. died from complications from heart surgery earlier in the year.
He left behind his wife, Dee, and a son, Bill, who works in the movie and television industry.
I knew George, from his many visits to the restaurant I work at. I knew of his occupation, and was told by him when my own husband became ill, to call him when I needed to.
The time came to make that call, and Mr.Vergos ham]ndled everything very professionally, and with the care I felt that Ron deserved.
Mr Vergos worked out of a funeral home in Chicago, where he occupied a space so he could ply his trade.
What I will miss most about George, is his kindness and at the same time, sense of humor, that made fun to be around
