The New Jersey Herald, July 8, 2009: Gertrude Cameron, age 86, passed away Monday, July 6, 2009 at JFK Medical Center, Edison, Middlesex County, New Jersey. Born in Union, New Jersey, she lived in Scotch Plains, New Jersey before moving to Edison in 1993. A homemaker, she was a communicant of St. John Vianney's Church, and also a member of the Junior Women's Club of Scotch Plains. She is survived by her son, Robert, and his wife, Dorothy, Cameron of Colonia, New Jersey; a daughter: Patricia DeCoste and her husband Paul of Highland Lakes, New Jersey; a sister: Emma De Blasio; three grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan, Stacey; one great grandson: Dennis. Cremation was held privately under the direction of the Gosselin Funeral Home in Edison.
