Thelma Lee McDonald passed away Sept. 28, 2006. She was born Aug. 26, 1923 in Guthrie, OK, the only child of Vernon and Thelma (Hollingsworth) Canfield. Marrying Thomas B. McDonald Nov. 4, 1944, Tom preceded her in death Oct. 1995. Survived by daughter, JoAnn Smith and husband Greg and their three sons, Reilly and Morgan of OKC, Gavin Guest and his family of Prairie Village, KS; daughter, Jane Henderson and husband Bob of Palm Bay, FL and their daughter Corey Lumry and her family of Shawnee, and son Tony Riddles and wife of Norman; son, Lee McDonald and wife Beverly and their son Shawn, all of Tacoma, WA, daughter Kresta English, Germany and Shannon McDonald of OKC; as well as seven great-grandchildren. Thelma Lee was an active member of T.P.A. Women's Club and a member of May Ave. United Methodist Church for more than 50 years. Services will be Sat., Sept. 30, 2006 at 11:00am at May Ave. United Methodist Church with interment in Resurrection Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children, 3800 N. May Ave. OKC, OK 73112-6506. MERCER-ADAMS
