Born in Shippensburg, he was the son of the late Clark and Catherine Burkholder Barrick. He was a retired carpenter for Charles Brown Contracting business in the Harrisburg area. He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II serving in the Pacific Theater and was a member of the Letort United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Margaret Kline Barrick; three daughters, Vesta B Calaman, Velva B Lebo, and Linda K Durham, all of Carlisle; a brother, Wilbur A Barrick of Fannetsburg, a sister, Dorothy Deihl of Boiling Springs; nine grandchildren and four great-granchildren.
Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 in Hoffman-Roth Funeral Home, 219 N Hanover St., with the Rev Glenn Scheib officiating. Burial will be in Kutz's Cemetery, Middlesex Township. Friends may call at the funeral home Monday from 7-9 p.m.
