William Harrison Holdren II, 86, of South Charleston passed away on Saturday, October 8, 2005, at Hubbard Hospice House a long illness. Born July 8, 1919, in Marting, W.Va., he was a veteran of World War II, having served as a Navy Seabee in the 92nd Battalion. A lifelong plumber, he was a 59 year member of Local No. 625 of Plumbers and Pipefitters. He was preceded in death by parents, William H. Holdren and Mahala Boling Holdren; brothers, George Holdren and Ballard Preston Holdren; sisters, Ida May Reed, Mahala May Waugh, Georgie May Shamblin, and Aria May Stanley. He is survived by his wife, Helen ; son, William H. Holdren III, and daughter-in-law, Mary, of Burford, Ga, son, Roy Ernest Holdren and daughter-in-law, Sharon, of St. Albans, daughter, Coweta Ann Faulkner and -in-law, James, of Teays Valley; grandchildren ,Douglas Eric Westmill of Dennison,Ohio, Anne Katherine Bouldin of Dacula, Ga., Shannon Faber of Kenna, W.Va., Jaime Benedict of Buford, Ga., Staci Hedricks of St. Albans, Sam Holdren of Philadelphia, Pa., Sarah Wise of Charleston, Mary Helen Holdren of Buford, Ga., Kelly Holdren of Athens, W.Va. ., Alex Faulkner of Teays Valley, W.Va., along with nine great-grandchildren and several nieces and neph
