Service for John Leeman Bradbury, 79, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Whitehurst Loyd Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
He died Saturday in a local hospital following a long illness.
A native of Santa Ana, he lived in Porterville for the past 75 years. He was a retired rancher and member of the First United Methodist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Amalia Bradbury of Porterville; one son, Carl Bradbury stationed with the United States Air Force in Hesperia; three daughters, Carol Ann Walker of Porterville, Mary Kubic of Chicago, Ill., and Ann Rutter of Colorado; and 11 grandchildren. One son, Clarence Bradbury, preceded him in death in 1956.
Rev. Richard McKinsey and Rev. David Chamberlain of First United Methodist Church will be officiating at the service.
