Felix G. Watkins left a will in Jefferson Co., KY dated 3 Nov 1894. He left his property to his wife, Sarah A. Watkins. Other property was bequeathed to his children, Thomas H. Watkins, Clarence W. Watkins & Ivie Watkins, the wife of Henry Pirtle. Felix also left his grandson, Felix G. Watkins, one thousand dollars to be given to him at the age of 21 years, if he is married and is a sober & steady man. The will also mentions his lot in Cave Hill to be used by any or all of his three children as they may need. He says he wants that a modest headstone be bought with the money from his etate. The will was probated on 0ct 18, 1898.
From the 1860 census, it appears that he had another son, Samuel Watkins.
