A farmer for 40 years, Bob also sold seed for Doebler’s. After retiring, he drove truck for Sam Esch.
He was an active member of Strasburg Mennonite Church, Gideons International, Black Rock Retreat and Eastern Mennonite Missions. He also enjoyed music and woodworking.
Born in New Holland, he was the son of the late Spencer H. and Lydia (Kling) Musser. In addition to Dorothy, he is survived by four children, Patsy married to Michael Sherer of Goshen, IN, Audrey married to Steven Tice of Brooklyn, NY, Fred married to Rima (Sarkar) Musser of Starkville, MS, and Donna married to Stephen Emma of Scarborough, ME; 12 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a brother-in-law, John Campbell of New Holland, husband of Bob’s sister, the late Mildred Campbell.
There will be a viewing on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 from 6 until 8 PM at the West Bethany Chapel at Landis Homes. The funeral will be Thursday, March 24 at 11 AM at the Strasburg Mennonite Church, 1514 Village Road, Strasburg, PA. The family will greet friends after the funeral. Interment in the adjoining cemetery will precede the funeral.
