Services for James Lowell Davis, 58, of Salt Lake City, Utah, formerly of Des Moines, who died of a heart attack Saturday in Salt Lake City, will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home (Des Moines). Burial will be in Laurel Hill Cemetery.
Born in Des Moines, Mr. Davis lived here most of his life. He was a World War II veteran.
Survivors include four daughters, two sons, three sisters; five brothers; and three granddaughters.

Fourth son of Ralph E. and Margaret L. Davis, Jim died unexpectedly, two weeks after his mother, and is buried next to her. They share a headstone, marked "Mother and Son".
