Helen Louise Oneal, 84, of Greenfield died Aug. 28, 2004. Born March 14, 1920, in Hancock County, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Mabel (Loy) Jones.
She was a homemaker, a farmer and the owner/operator of Oneal Trailer Park in rural Rush County. She was a 1938 graduate of Eden High School.
Survivors include her daughter Shirley Young of Charlottesville; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marion "Melvin" Oneal, on Dec. 19, 1994; son Harold Lee "Pork Chop" Oneal on April 3, 2002; brother Paul Jones; and sister Lorraine Joyce.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Pasco-Stillinger Funeral Home in Greenfield with the Rev. William Beauchatt officiating. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
