Susan was born March 21, 1953 in Youngstown and was the daughter of Louis and Evelyn (Demko) Kopachy. She had been an area coach for Taco Bell celebrating her 25th anniversary with the company. She was named United States Area Coach of the Year in the year 2000. Susan was a 1971 graduate of Chaney High School and a 1975 graduate of Youngstown State University, graduating with honors. She loved to travel and her favorite destinations were Aruba and Las Vegas. Susan was a generous and loving person who always found ways to make us laugh. Our lives will be forever touched by her.
She is survived by her husband James Agnone whom she married April 28, 1973. She leaves her parents of Youngstown, her siblings, Louis (Susan) Kopachy of Youngstown, Kathleen (Steve) Gyomber of Orwell, Nancy (Patrick) York of Canfield. Susan also leaves nieces and nephews; Mark (Nikki) Stirbens of Nashville, Tenn., Erin Gyomber, Michael (Cristi) Kopachy, Bryan Kopachy, Louis Kopachy, Natalie York, Patrick York and a great nephew Tyler James Stirbens and her beloved dog Jake. She was preceded in death by a niece and nephew Jenny Stirbins and Stephen Gyomber.
The family has invited friends and family to gather Saturday (Sept. 30th) from 5-8 PM to the York Home at 260 Chapel Lane in Canfield. Calling hours will be held 4-8 PM Sunday (Oct. 1) at Lane Funeral Home in Austintown. The family requests that material contributions be made in gratitude for her excellent care to Hospice House in c/o Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Youngstown, OH 44512 or to Angels for Animals 4750 St. Rt. 165, Canfield, OH 44406 in honor of her devotion to her pets Max and Jake.
