Born March 3, 1925 in Philipsburg, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Smerick) Pavlick.
She was a member of Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg. She was a 1944 graduate of the Philipsburg High School.
Mrs. Lombardo had been employed with the General Cigar Company of Philipsburg for more than 35 years until retiring.
On Aug. 23, 1964 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg, she married Donald J. Lombardo. He preceded her in death on May 6, 2010.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four sisters, Margaret “Peg” Eberwein, Mary Bennett, Katherine Sandy and Frances “Tillie” Albert and three brothers, Charles, Michael and George Pavlick.
Mrs. Lombardo is survived by a son, William L. Pavlick and his fiancée, Jane McDowell of Philipsburg; two sisters, Anna Twoey of Philipsburg and Esther Potter of Bellemeade; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg, with the Rev. John Gibbons as celebrant.
Burial will follow at Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Philipsburg.
Friends will be received from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday at the Beezer-Heath Funeral Home, Philipsburg.
The rosary will be recited at 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
