W. F. Barton died in Joplin, Missouri about 40 years old on January 26, 1895. Frank was in business in this city a few years ago in what was called the St. Louis Cash Store and the style of the firm was Wingate & Barton. Frank was extremely well liked by all who knew him and as a business man he was honest and upright in his dealings and as a citizen and friend he was warm hearted, generous and kind to all. Funeral will take place from the residence of his brother-in-law here tomorrow, Jan 29th at 2 pm. Frank had been a long sufferer with consumption, but he is now at rest.
