Michael was born in Phila, PA to Evelyn Margaret Reis Capella & Anthony B. Capella. Went into WWII, to the Philippines, where he lost hearing in one ear, due to a grenade going off in a cave- many war medals. Valiant, courageous, loving & full of laughter. Worked for Pa RR, then Amtrak, retired from Conrail. Beloved husband of Gilda Marie Orgoglioso Capello, father of Michael Thomas Capello & Richard Girard Capello. Grandfather of Michael, Christopher, Lauren, Matthew, Jennifer & Tara. Great-grandfather of at least 4 so far. Buried at Indiantown Gap Veterans Cemetery, Annville, PA.
