CARROLLTON, Miss., July 17—Services for Mrs. Addie Lacy Fisher Alford who died last night [July 16] in a Tampa, Florida Hospital will be held Monday afternoon at three o'clock at the Sarah Spencer Memorial Church in Tampa where her husband, the Rev. C.W. Alford, served as pastor for a number of years.
Following the service the funeral cortege will form and drive to Yazoo City. A short service will be conducted at two o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Strickland Funeral Home…. Burial will be in the Yazoo City cemetery.
She leaves her husband, the Rev. C.W. Alford, of St. Petersburg, Florida; one son, Louis Lacy Fisher, of Brooksville, Florida; one daughter, Mrs. Robert McConnell, of Washington, D.C. and three grandchildren. She also leaves several sisters, two of whom are Mrs. Will Barr of Leland, Miss., and Mrs. Anna Gerrard of Marks, Miss. Mrs. Alford was a sister-in-law of Mrs. R.T. Hollingsworth of Carrollton. SHB
