Sandra Lynn Berry Spenneberg, age 70, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016 in Darlington, Indiana. She was born in Berea and raised in Rockcastle County. Ms. Spenneberg was of the Baptist faith and retired from The Travel Centers of America.

She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Berry, two brothers, Gordon & Warren Berry, a sister-in-law, Linda Berry and her step father, Ernest Lakes.

Ms. Spenneberg is survived by her sons, Charles Spenneberg & Todd (Christen) Spenneberg both of Darlington, IN., her mother, Alta Berry Lakes, her sister, Wanda (W.L.) Campbell both of Corbin, KY., her brother, Kenny (Betty) Berry, a sister-in-law, Linda Berry both of Berea, KY. Seven grandchildren and her friend and caregiver Linda along with several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at the Davis & Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Scaffold Cane Cemetery, Rockcastle Co., KY.
