Clara A. Keebaugh Lemon was married to Rev. Lincoln Chester Lemon on Sept. 22, 1880, to this union were born four children, Sybyl, Linn, Keith, and Kenneth. Sybyl Lemon is buried in the Rising Sun cemetery with her parents. Linn Lemon died in Iowa and is believed to be buried there as of this writing.

Obit from Mt. Vernon Hawkeye---Funeral Services for Mrs Clara Keebaugh Lemon, aged 73,were held at the family home on Tuesday afternoon, at three o'clock. Rev. E. T. Gough, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church conducted the service. He was assisted by the Rev. W. Glenn Rowley and Rev. james Blatz. Keith Lemon accompanied the body to Rising Sun (Cemetery,Rising City, NE.) Nebr., on Wednes-day for burial. Clara was the widow of Dr.L. C. Lemon, former superintendent of the davenport district of the Methodist church. She was born on February15, 1861, at Portage, Wis., and moved with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Welford Keebaugh, to Rising City, Nebr., when only a small child. Mrs. Lemon united with the Meothodist church at an early age. In the year 1880 she united in marriage to Lincoln Chester Lemon of Rising Sun (City), who was studying for the Methodist ministery. They Celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary in 1930.
Mrs. Lemon passed away on Sunday afternoon following eight and one-half months of invalidism. She was preceded in death by her husband, an infant daughter Sybyl, a son Linn, and two grandsons, Keith Lemon Jr. and Duane Lemon. She is survived by two sons Kenneth and Keith Lemon, both of Mt.Vernon; three granddaughtersof Phoenix, Ariz., and one grandson, Jerome Lemon, of Mt. Vernon.
