Rachel Jeanette Little, born August 26, 1935 in Waco, Haralson County, went to be with her Lord, April 1, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, James Noel Little; her parents, George Miram Robinson and Rosie Mae Howard Robinson; a baby sister, Bertie Lois; brothers, Lowell Robinson, Junior Robinson; a sister, Floye Hulsey; nephews, Wyatt Robinson, Michael Robinson and Robbie Robinson.
Survivors include a son, Michael K. Little of Bremen; a daughter, Shelia L. Capebianco of Lakeland, TN; precious granddaughters, Nicole Little, Raleigh, NC, Kristen Little and Rachel Little of Savannah; precious grandsons, Justin Capebianco of Alpine, CA, Ryan and Christopher Capebianco of Lakeland, TN; two sisters, Hazel Bell, Clohie and Preston Smith of Bremen; brothers, Wayne and Jackie Robinson of Bremen, Bobby and Elaine Robinson of Villa Rica; sisters-in-law, Catherine Robinson, Billie Robinson, Janice Jackson, Carolyn and Max Carroll and a number of nieces and nephews, who affectionately called her Aunt Nette.
Mrs. Little lived in Warner Robins for 42 years and worked at Houston County Hospital as a Pharmacy Tech for twelve years. She attended Second Baptist Church where she served in the church bus ministry, children’s choir and children’s church.
After her husband retired they moved back to Bremen where she served at Buchanan First Baptist Church, where she taught Pre-K in Sunday School, sang in the church choir and helped with the shut-in ministry.
She loved her precious Lord, her Pastor and his wife. Jeanette loved her children and grandchildren so very much. She loved her brothers, sisters, in-laws and their families, church family and friends. They were all so precious to her.
Services will be Monday, April 4 at 3:00 PM from the Buchanan First Baptist Church with Dr. Allen Wilburn, Reverend Kevin Ayers and Mike Little officiating. Music will be furnished by Heather Camp, Felicia Bryant and Jo Bell Livingston. Mitchell Robinson, Eric Robinson, Mark Robinson, Keith Robinson, George Bell, Alan Bell, Rodney Robinson and Robert Robinson will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
