Azell Lee Vandergriff went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, April 8, 2016. Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Victory Tabernacle Holiness Church, 5761 Watauga Road, Watauga 76148. Burial follows in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. She was a loving wife of 58 years, a kind compassionate mother who took great pride in her home and children. To all who knew her she was a Proverbs 31 woman dedicating over 40 years to the ministry. The impact she made in our lives is incalculable. She will be missed, she finally made it home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Lee Vandergriff; son, Lonnie Vandergriff; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Survivors: She is survived by her sister Nell, Kanode; children, Joan Vandergriff, Barbara Youngblood, Karen Utter and Debbie Long; 16 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
