SACRED/ TO/ THE MEMORY/ OF/ CHAPMAN STANSFELD MARSHALL/ WHO DEPARTED THIS LIFE/ THE 27TH DAY OF APRIL 1872/ IN THE SIXTY FOURTH YEAR OF HIS AGE/ -- / BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART/ FOR THEY SHALL SEE GOD/ MATTHEW V. 8/ 1166

His father was Sir Chapman Marshall, Knt, Lord Mayor of London, so he did not inherit the title, despite the Register's honorific. He married a Viennese, lived at Casa Guidi, and had six children. But this seems to overlap with the time the Brown (E24/ ANNA BROWN) family also lived at Casa Guidi, likewise the Hays ( F53/ HENRIETTA MARIA HAY) inhabiting it. It was republican Elizabeth Barrett Browning who changed its name from Palazzo Guidi to 'Casa Guidi'. One can only assume these families had different apartments within the palace, while using her naming for its cachet.
