Mary M. Hoppe passed away April, 9, 2016. Mary was born November 9, 1931 to Edith and Zern Vess in Buchtel, Ohio. Mary owned Suder Inn on N. Summit St. Mary is survived by 2 children, Julie Hoppe Martin (Robert E. Martin Jr) and Joe Hoppe, brother, Charles Vess, 3 grandchildren, Ashley Koss, Becca and Joshua Martin, and 1 great grandchild, Jeffrey David Moore. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard, sister, Emma Jean and brothers, Carl, Robert and Leroy Vess. Visitation for Mary will be at the David R. Jasin Hoening Funeral Home, 5300 N. Summit St. Toledo, Ohio 43611 commencing, April 14, 2016 from 3pm-8pm. Prayers will begin at 9:30am April 15, 2016 in the funeral home and will proceed to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church where funeral mass will commence promptly at 10am. Father David Cirata will be officiating. Burial will be at Toledo Memorial Park and Mausoleum. Memorial donations are suggested to Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
