On November 20, 2015; John Barefield lost his battle with cancer surround by family and friends in Flagstaff, Arizona.
John is survived by his wife, Allyn of the home; daughter Alyssa Gerena of Seattle, Washington; a sister Linda Leroque of Colorado Springs, Colorado and four grandchildren & two great grandchildren.
He was proceeded in death by his parents, Ted and Hazel Barefield, his daughter Toni Spaulding, brother Michael Barefield and sister Juanita Barefield.
John loved riding his Harley.
John will be cremated and his ashes scattered on Snowbowl; the mountain he loved to looked at through his bedroom window.
