Charlotte Ethel Cole Kluth, 86, died at 9:44 PM Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1999, in St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Born July 21, 1913, in Lafayette, she was a lifetime resident, graduating from Jefferson High School in 1932. She was married to John G. Kluth on April 14, 1935, at Indianapolis, and he died March 6, 1996.
Mrs. Kluth was a deputy assessor for Fairfield Township Assessor's Office, retiring in 1975. She attended St. James Lutheran Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Marilyn (Mrs. Thomas) Bylsma; a sister, Mrs. Valeria Driscoll, both of Lafayette; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, and two brothers.
