Albert C G Behne was born about 1827 in Germany.
He was about 29 years old when he migrated to America and landed in New York in 1956.
He was married to Marie H Crescent (1837–1877), who was born in Germany. {On the Death Certificate for Albert's daughter Bertha, Bertha's mother was listed as Mary Engram.}
A tailor who was living at 1218 Division Streetin Nashville, Tennessee, Albert was 64 years old and a widower when he died in bed at home on January 12, 1891.
Survivors included three sons - two of them "in the West" - and three daughters.
Burial was in Mount Olivet Cemetery.
