Roy S. Blystone, 69, died Sunday morning at his home near Fairchance. He was an employee of the H. C. Frick Coke Company at its Ralph mine. Surviving are five daughters, one son, three brothers and two sisters. The funeral service will be held Wednesday afternoon.

Roy S. Blystone, aged 69 years, three months and 12 days, died at 3:30 Sunday morning, June 30, 1940, at his home near Fairchance. He was employed at the Ralph mine of the Frick coke company.
Mr. Blystone had recently returned from a Pittsburgh hospital. He had been in failing health for a number of months. His wife, Bertha, died October 9, 1939.
Surviving are a son, Martin, Fairchance; five daughters, Mrs. Harry Andrews, Fairchance; Mrs. Ralph Board, Royal; Mrs. Walter Mitchell, Rowes Run, and Dorothy and Pauline, at home; three brothers, Benjamin, Washington, Pa.; Earl, of Cardale, and Walter, Oakmont, and two sisters, Mrs. David Mumaw, Dearth, and Mrs. Margaret Perkins, Richeyville.
