Maria Louise (Mary) Conca was born on April 23, 1907, in North Providence, Rhode Island to Domenico Conca and Maria (Caputo) Conca.

Mary met James Vincent Conca in 1935 when he was among three of the six sons of James and Rose Conca of Bristol, Pennsylvania who traveled to her parent's home in Providence to meet the six daughters of Domenico and Maria Conca. Mary and James were married, as were Anna and Antonio.

Mary and James had one child during their marriage, a son.

Mary died in February 1984 in Bristol, Pennsylvania, at the age of 76.
