Ms. Judy was born on February 1, 1953 in Morgantown, Mississippi to parents, Clarence and Dorothy Farlow.
She is a graduate from Ponchatoula High School and earned a floral license at LSU. Ms. Judy enjoyed her vacations to the Smokey Mountains, a love for gardening, floral arranging and was known for her parties that she threw for everyone in her family. Ms. Judy is a member of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Mr. Robert LeBlanc; a sister, Olivia Louvesty Prevost and husband Gary and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death are her parents, Clarence and Dorothy Beard Farlow; daughter, Wendy Adelle LeBlanc and one brother, Elvin Farlow Sr.
A graveside service will be held at the Ponchatoula Cemetery, Hwy 22., Ponchatoula, LA., on Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 11:00am.
