Mrs. Mazella attended College Hill High School in Cleveland, TN. She was married to Frank James Bryant for 50 years until his death in 1997, and to this union was born six children.
She was a member of the Price Memorial A.M.E. Zion Methodist Church where she served on the Stewardess Board and was a member of the church choir. She was employed by Duracell Battery Company where she retired after 30 years of service.
She was a dynamic singer, a wonderful cook, a woman full of hospitality, and though it may be surprisingly unknown to some, she played the piano quiet well.
Among her favor things to cook, were her famous Pound Cakes with caramel icing and her Pecan Pies, that so many
will miss. She was a very humorous person which made anyone feel at ease around her.
Mrs. Mazella is preceded in death by her Parents, Roy and Willie Bell Tillery; her brother, Frank Tillery, and husband Frank J. Bryant.
The family of Mrs. Mazella Bryant would like special recognition to be expressed to Mrs. Mazella ’s dear friends Mrs. Pauline Smith, Mrs. Betty Person and Mrs. Naomi O’Donnell. A special thanks to the Deacons and Members of the Maple Street Baptist Church and to Mr. and Mrs. Junior Burger.

Family will receive friends Friday, January 15 from 12: noon until 1:00p.m. service time at Price Memorial A.M.E Zion Church, 254 Dooley Street N. E. Reverend Theresa Oglesby will be the Eulogist.
