Lewis Alls, of Catawba, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank L. Alls; brother, Sydney Alls.He is survived by his wife, Jane Alls; two sons, Joshua Alls, of Catawba, Adam Alls, of Roanoke; mother, Ethel Alls, of Catawba; sisters, Dianna Robertson (Arnold), of Dublin, Betty Webb (David), of Roanoke; brothers, Raymond Alls (Vicky) of Springtown, Texas, Richard Alls (Sarah) of Catawba; mother-in-law, Rita Sirry; goddaughters, Sarah Alls Cochenour, Kim Martin; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.His extended family was inclusive of all coworkers of Roanoke County Schools Maintenance Department.Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2016, at Lotz Salem Chapel with Pastor Loraine Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016, at Lotz Funeral Home Salem.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
