Married, Lillian Martin, Feb. 9, 1906, Eureka. Retired sexton., St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral; member Argenta Lodge 3, F&AM; 32nd degree, Utah Consistory, Scottish Rite, El Kalah Shrine.
Survivors: widow: two sons, Joseph R. May. Salt Lake; Edmond A. May, Dallas, Tex; mother, San Diego, Calif.; three brothers, five sisters and two grandchildren.
