Born in Pickens County, she was the daughter of the late Eugene "Shug" Moore and Ruth Owen Moore.
Mrs. Loggins was retired from Kmart in Easley and was a member of Brushy Creek Baptist Church in Easley.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Loggins of the home; three daughters, Paula Norris and her husband, Brian, of Norris, Travis Beasley and her husband, Scott, of Easley, and Angie Holladay of Easley; a stepdaughter, Donna Garrick of Easley; a stepson, Tommy Loggins of Anderson; six grandchildren; and two sisters, Rose Bowers of Easley and Daisy Moore of Tampa, Fla.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters and three brothers.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009, at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Dillard Funeral Home in Pickens with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park and Gardens.
The family will receive friends prior to the service from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home.
