Son of John Bouldin and Mary Ann Collins of Jackson County, Alabama. He was an Attorney at Law in Fort Worth, Texas and married first 1903 Florence Alberta Lowe (1879-1916, daughter of Cyrus and Martha Modena Botts Lowe. They had two children: Benjamin F. Bouldin (1909-1996) and Modena Maxine Bouldin Brown (1910-1934). The widowed Ben F Bouldin then married about 1920 the sister of Florence Alberta - Maud M. Lowe (1881-1976).
