Katherine Annette Ellingford, 61 of Idaho Falls, passed away on Sunday, April 24, 2016. She was born on August 14, 1954 to John and Helen (Simon) Clark. She was raised in Idaho Falls and attended Bonneville High School where she was a cheerleader. She married Mark Ellingford in Idaho Falls and they later divorced. She worked at the State of Idaho Health and Welfare and as a teller at Westmark Credit Union on First St., in Rigby and most recently at the Broadway branch. While at Westmark she was active in the community service projects and especially enjoyed the Christmas projects and the Festival of Trees event. She was a loving mother and grandmother and sister who loved to have fun with her family and friends.
Kathy is survived by her daugther Jennipher K. Vallery and husband Shaun of Newberg, OR and her grandchildren: Jaxson and Samantha. She is also survived by her brothers: Blaine (Judy) Clark of Iona; Ted Walker of Prineville, OR; sisters: Marcia Clark (DeWayne); and Janet Walker. She was preceded in death by her brother Terry Clark and is survived by many family members and friends.
