William True, familiarly known as "Uncle Billy" passed away early Wednesday morning at the home of his nephew, P. R. True. He had been ailing for a long time. His funeral will be held from the Methodist Church Friday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. Dale McComb officiating. Billy True was one of the old settlers in the Hill Lake Region, coming here about twenty years ago. He lived alone until lately when he made his home with his nephew. He was 66 years of age and was a well known character to all in the community.
