He was born May 10, 1938, in Hornell, N.Y. Fred is survived by his wife, Cheryl Patrick; seven daughters; one son; 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; nine sisters; and one brother.
He was a strong, hardworking man all of his life. He was a loving and caring husband and father. He will be remembered most of all for his positive, playful attitude. He loved working around his home, watching westerns and reading a good book.
Fred will be missed dearly by his family and friends.
