Fred H. McEwen, 88 of 116 N. Fifth St., died Wednesday night in Lee Memorial hospital after a short illness.Mr. McEwen had been retired several years. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. William Feltz of Rushville, Mrs. Mary Allen of Fulton and Mrs. Ralph Draper of Rome; seven sons, Charles and Clyde McEwen of Fulton, James McEwen of Buffalo, David McEwen of Phoenix, Alonzo McEwen of Syracuse, Robert McEwen of Little Falls and Leonard McEwen of Anderson, Ind.; several grand-children and great-grandchildren, and a brother, Lowell McEwen of Fulton. Services will be held Saturday at a time to be announced from the home of his daughter, Mrs. Allen, 116 N. Fifth St.
