John worked over 30 years for Armco beginning as the industrial nurse, then as the Workmen's Comp Manager and retired in 1994 as head of EAP drug and alcohol program. John was a member of MBA at Armco. He was a member of Main Street United Methodist Church, where he served in Stephen Ministries and as an usher.
He is survived by his wife Sue Myers whom he married 15 Jun 1985; his mother; his children and their spouses, Lisa and Steve Stearns of Mansfield, Kinberly and Sam Sorrenti of Ontario, John, Cindy and Tim Myers all of Mansfield; three grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Kenny and Connie Myers of Cuyahoga Falls, Oh; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Gail and Rich Weber of Ferrell, Pa, and Faye Balluch of Sharon, Pa., and Brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bob and Judy Taylor of Wheatland, Pa.; many nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his father; his sister Elaine Taylor and brother-in-law George Balluch.
