FERDINAND D. McFALLS
March 30, 1903 ~ January 1, 1992
Ferdinand D. McFalls, 88, of Idabel, died Wednesday at Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas.
He was born March 30, 1903, in Lockesburg, Ark., and had lived most of his life in Idabel.
He was an educator in Various districts in McCurtain County. He received a Master's of Education Degree from Colorado University and a Master's Degree in Science from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. He taught science at Booker T. Washington High School until he retired.
He is survived by his wife, Arcie Haynes McFalls, of the home; three brothers, Idaho McFalls of Detroit, Mich., Tiberius McFalls of Idabel, and Lonnie C. McFalls of San Diego, Calif.; five sisters, Christine McFalls of San Diego, Alma Akins and Lady Bell Davis, both of Idabel, Emma Davis of Perris, Calif., and Waistic Brown of East St. Louis, Ill.
Funeral services for Ferdinard D. McFalls have been scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Westside First Baptist Church with Rev. Ralph F. White officiating.
Burial will be in Williamston Cemetery in Idabel under direction of Blandon Westside Mortuary.
