James McCay proper name is James Mackey

1893 General Affidavit State of Penna. County of Clinton:

In the matter of Claim for accrued pension of Thursa McCay ___ of James McCay, Co G 203 Regt PA Vols, cert No 825447 on this 29th day of Dec, A. D. 1893, personally appeared before me, a Justice of the Peace ... Andrew A. Buttorf aged 54 years,... duly sworn, declares ...:

We were each of us present at the marriage of James McCay and Thursa Nestleroad. They were married on or about the 8th day of September A. D. 1864 at Hublersburgh PA by Anthony C. Geary a Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Centre Pa. now dead. We were each eye witnesses to the marriage ... neither ... James McCay or Thursa Nestleroad had been previously married ... made to H. S. Mitchell Esq at Flemington PA. ...
