Contributed by DENNIS DEAKINS (#48649078):
Marker in place at this time with that of husband John T. Original is thought to have been buried with the casket and its casing, last seen by adult grandson on day of funeral.

This remarkable lady was a 4th of July firecracker and her first child CJ was born with birth trauma resulting in his being "retarded", yet CJ was a wonderful friend and neighbor and over 100 turned out to celebrate his life: fellow CB'ers, modelers, and admirers. He was a skater and regular winning many skating marathons, teaching and referring, ran his own window washing and shoe shine business, and helping his neighbors, placing their newspapers on their porch, their trash to the curb and caring for their pets and yards. He had trouble being understood due to a speech impediment, wore his cap almost all the time, including indoors and while dining, but his heart was huge and he was a truly gentle person, and often the target of unkind acts by unkind persons. for years he rode his Vespa motor scooter with his ladder and cleaning tools, though occasionally run off the road.
