Fred Borough, 63, of 555 S. Feldkamp Ave. died at 6:36 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, 1975, at Memorial Medical Center.
He was a member of Laurel United Methodist Church.
A resident of Springfield for many years, Mr. Borough was born in Decatur, the son of Frederick R. and Laura Sutton Borough.
His wife, Catherine preceded him in death Aug. 29, 1969.
Mr. Borough was a self-employed carpenter.
Surviving are one son, Richard L. of Divernon; one brother, Everett of Van Nuys, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Stiff of Tucson, Ariz. and Mrs. Lois Oskins of Rockford; three grandsons; several nieces and nephews.
Services were at Vancil Memorial Funeral Chapel.
Burial was in Roselawn Memorial Park.
