Edna spent 46 years in Laclu and Kenora and considered that her hometown. In 2010, she moved to Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Edna was predeceased by her husband, Ted; her daughter, Shirley Jaggi; her son-in-law, Hans Jaggi; her parents, John and Pearl Doan; her brothers, Wes and Don Doan; her sister, Shirley Saylor McMaster; her sisters-in-law Helen Doan and Doris Doan; and her brothers-in-law Don Saylor and Pete Adams.
