Colette POHLKAMP and Timothy John STADLER (1962 - ) were married on April 29, 2000. They later divorced.

Colette F. Pohlkamp 57 year old resident of Brainerd, MN formerly of Buckman, MN, entered her eternal life with our Lord on Saturday, May 7 at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Am Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, May 13, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Buckman, MN with Fr. Kenneth Popp and Fr. Dale Nau concelebrating. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 12 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service on Friday, May 13 all visitation times will be held at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Buckman, MN. The burial will be held in the parish cemetery. A Christian Mothers Rosary will be said at 4:30 p.m. followed by the Parish Prayers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday evening at the church.

Colette Pohlkamp was born on December 6th 1958 in Little Falls, Minnesota. She is the daughter of Marie Stangl Pohlkamp and the late Lambert Pohlkamp. Colette attended St. Michael Catholic Grade School in Buckman, MN and she was a 1977 graduate of Healy High School in Pierz, MN. She received her Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and Health from St. Cloud State University in 1982. Colette was very dedicated to her work and shared her many talents in directing and guiding others. She began her food service career at the Onamia School District and shortly thereafter at the Brainerd School District as Director of Nutrition Services. Colette also taught at Central Lakes Community College to help many members of the local community learn the rules and guidelines of the food service industry. Colette was active in the food industry and was proud to service as president of the Minnesota School Nutrition Association. Earlier in her career she enjoyed working at several restaurants and supper clubs sharing her love of cooking. Colette was very caring, generous and passionate in all aspects of her life. Her Catholic faith was of utmost importance in her daily life. In her spare time Colette enjoyed spending time outside at her beautiful home in Garrison. Whether she was feeding or watching the birds and deer or mowing the lawn, Colette was in her own special haven. Colette also enjoyed golfing whether it be for leisure or a friendly little competition. She also enjoyed reading, biking, running and taking walks and supporting the Pierz Football team. One of Colette's biggest loves was being in the kitchen. She loved to share her baked goods that included her scrumptious caramel bars, the melt in your mouth caramel rolls (a favorite of her late uncle Father Al Stangl), chocolate chip cookies, brownies and various candies with family, friends and others. She passionately took charge of meal planning for family gatherings and treated her family with meals fit for kings and queens.

Her loved ones include her mother Marie Pohlkamp, Buckman; Siblings: Bridget Marques, Maples Grove; Meiny, Buckman; Terry (Mary Jo), Scandia; Leo, Buckman; Jean Lizardi (Victor), Miliani, Hawaii; Margery Wolf (Mike), Champlin; Nick (Jackie), Sauk Centre, Lillian (Jim Wafler), Maplewood; Carol From (Mike), St. Cloud; Cheryl, St. Cloud; Bill (Kelly), Buckman; Joe (Mary), Baxter; Michelle Nephew (Scott); Lakeville and Paula, White Bear Lake. Her nieces and nephews include Stacie Mitchell, Shawn Marques, Jonathan and Mitchell Pohlkamp, Kelly and Krista Lizardi, Stephanie Toomey, Breanna and Brandon From, Zachary and Alexandria Pohlkamp; Matthew, Christopher, Sarah, Abby, Eric and Molly Pohlkamp; Noah and Hannah Nephew. Great nephew and great nieces include: Caden and Maddie Pohlkamp and Eleanor Toomey and special friends and extended family.
