Mrs. Everhart PHOENIX, Ariz. - Carolyn M. Settles Everhart, 43, wife of William Everhart of Phoenix, died at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Phoenix General Hospital. Also surviving are a son, Michael, and a daughter, Karen, both of Phoenix; her mother Mrs. Blanche Settles of Steubenville, four sisters, Mrs. Shirley Kessinger of Maryland, Mrs. Beverly Tickle of Virginia, Mrs. Nancy Lantier of New York, and Mary Lou Westfall of Steubenville, and a brother, John of West Virginia. She was born July 11, 1936 in Steubenville. She was preceded in death by her father, Earl W. Settles, May 30, 1974. Private services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in Phoenix. Her favorite charity was the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
