Minnie Mae Frank, 68, Apprentice, departed this life on Tuesday May 3, 2016 at Integris Baptist Hospital in Oklahoma City, OK surrounded by her family. Minnie was the second born of nine children to the late Bill and Ula Mays on September 13, 1947 in Doddsville, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother R.C. Strong and sisters Bettie Mays and Rosie Powell.
