Stevan Dohanos was an artist and illustrator of social realism, best known for his Saturday Evening Post covers. He worked side by side with Norman Rockwell, his early inspiration. He also designed many United States postage stamps and his illustrations were published in McCall's Magazine.
He is survived by his wife, Joan, and a son, Anthony, of Hawaii.
