Mr. Jones was survived by two sons, Herman Jones and Herbert Jones both of Galveston, TX; six daughters, Yolanda Jones, Mrs. Laura Bordelon, Mrs. Joyce Vincant, , Mrs. Martha Murray, Clara Jones all of Galveston and Mary Jones of Lafayette, LA; his mother, Mrs. Bertha Jones of Opelousas, LA; four sisters; six brothers and other relatives.
