Anna J "Annie" Eubanks was born on 29 April 1924 in Garfield, Arkansas to William Harvey Eubanks and Bessie Mae (Montgomery) Eubanks -- the youngest of their six children.
On 30 Jul 1940, when she was just 16, she married Benjamin Franklin Withers in Benton County, Arkansas. She left Arkansas and found work in Nashville, Tennessee where she lived without Withers. She filed in Benton County for a divorce on grounds of desertion that was ultimately granted on 28 Aug 1946.
On 29 Sep 1945 she married George Wilson in Kansas. The couple moved west to Springfield, Oregon where Annie worked as a bank teller. She was granted a divorce from Wilson in Lane County, Oregon on 17 Feb 1964.
On 9 Jul 1975 she married Thomas Reagan Adams in Lincoln County, Oregon. The couple made their home in Grants Pass, and it was a happy one. They had a large vegetable garden, and grew raspberries to eat by the handful. They loved their little dog, Cutie, and regularly hosted family in their guest cottage on the property. In the afternoons they read in hammocks strung side by side in the trees. Their ideal ended with Reag's death in 1989.
Annie herself crossed over on 6 March 2008 in Grants Pass at the age of 83.
