Elizabeth de Ferrers, suo jure 6th Baroness Ferrers of Groby was the daughter of Sir Henry De Ferrers, KG (1390-1463) by his wife Isabel de Mowbray (1396-1452), daughter of Thomas de Mowbray, 1st Duke of Norfolk, 6th Baron Segrave (1367-1399). She married twice. Her first marriage was to Sir Edward Grey, KG (1415-1457) by which she had four children by that marriage. Her second marriage was to John Bourchier (1438-1495) by which she had no children by that marriage.
